Pyramisa Sunset Pearl Apartments ★★★★★

the staff working there was nice the rooms are very spacious. Initially we had some problems with the cleaning, but after we reported it to the manager he was very kind and helpful and solved out immediately and then the room was indeed clean.

well it’s a bit far away if you want to do some activities outside the resort. The place where we stayed was not quite the type of resort you expect as in the photos. I was thinking we will have have a room with a view to the pool or similar, but actually we stayed in a building in behind of the resort (the apartments) with a view to nowhere. So be careful, the apartments are not quite part of what you see in the presentation photos. They are indeed 2 min away but it was a bit disappointing for me.

nice hotel, spacious rooms, clean, and quiet

not on the beach! we thought it is the same building like the main Pyramisa beach hotel but unfortunately this is like a privately owned apartment hotel in the back of the main hotel and you have to walk for 15 minutes and cross the main street to get to the beach and we can not use the pool in the main hotel and can not even get close to the other building. i wanted to have breakfast and dinner in the hotel and pay for it and they refused because it is only for their guests!!!! stupid staff and they are not trained. so annoying

The location is not bad. 10 minutes walk to the beaches. Nice pool and pool area. Very calm place. Nice room and a lovely view

Not cleaned apartment. Very bad cleaned actually. Nothing to buy like soft drinks or anything else. Felt pretty weird. No toilets in the pool area.

Regarding the "G" building, the stairs lights were off during the night

An excellent hotel to stay in Sahl Hasheesh. Services are available. The place is close to the sea. The staff is more than excellent. Special thanks to the reservations manager, Ahmed at reception, and all the staff. A beautiful place for recreation

The views and the location are perfect. Room cleaned every day.

The reception didn't have any entertainment, bars were not open, restaurant or snack bar wasn't open so knowwhere to eat or drink had to go out every day.

Spacious rooms

Bed & bathroom cleanliness and the view from the room was awful. Not directly on the sea so it doesn't have its own beach. You have to go to another hotel (not so close) in order to use their beach.

Studio room don't worth it at all, Just make sure once you check in, that Bathroom is working fine, It's the Staff responsibility to clean before we enter the room, which they didn't do.

The landscaping was pleasant, basic cleanliness, and every room has its own TV and spacious . It is fairly priced

The staff are not always at the front desk; they charged us half a day for extra two hours, the bathroom is a bit old with rusty metals, they don't offer breakfast and the rooms don't have any utensils... they could have at least put couple of cups for us to drink in or water or anything

The room is cosy and the view on the pool is very nice. Also it is close to the beach. The stuff are helpful.

The floor was a little bit dusty but it didn't annoyed my stay.

The hotel is not good. Not good AT ALL! Staff are friendly but the hotel lacks a lot of services and amenities. No internet, no breakfast (in fact, no meal is provided) though the nearest restaurant is about 5 km away!! Room was clean but you have to ask for room service yourself! Photos shown here are not real at all. I remember viewing a washing machine, so when I asked to move to one that actually has a washing machine, they told me such thing does not exist here!! So don't rely on photos. The whole area is very quiet and boring. If you didn't plan your trip ahead, trust me you'll get bored the next day. Hotel is not recommended if you're planning to stay for more than 2 days. I was wondering why there were no tourists in that area and in Hurghada but after sticking there for some time I knew why. This does tourism no good on the long run

Very nice and clean rooms. Extremely close to downtown Sahl Hasheesh.

The payment process was a bit difficult since they could not take card. They should fix the machine so it is easier to pay.

The apartment was nice

Very understaffed. The beach was horrible without any facilities. You have to take your towel with you from the pool and walk 15 minutes to go the beach then return it back yourself !! The problem is that even the pool guy was not there to give you the towels!!!!! No transportation to the beach, so don't go there without your car. No restaurants in the hotel, find your meals and snacks somewhere else !!!!!!!

Nothing

The staff is not helpful at all, no enough staff, the room is full of cockroaches, no services at all provided by that place, although there is a shuttle bus provided by Sahl Hashish

Ahmed and Osama at recpetion were very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Booking.com said each room had tea and coffee making facilities. This turned out to be false, but reception lent me their kettle. Also, how a hotel can have no WIFI is completely beyond me. Sahl Hasheesh is completely devoid of any character. Artificial tourist resort. But it is clean. I came for the Endurance Festival, which gave the place some energy, otherwise I imagine it would be extremely dull.

Its a big room, in the sahl hasheesh area, just went to shower and sleep for 6 hours then left asa i woke up.

Water heater barley working, only warm water, old stained bath tub but cleaned as much as it possibly can be, towels offered were clean but did not smell fresh, did not smell good at all... Bed sheets seemed clean too no bad odor but u can spot a hole or two in the sheet under you, bed mattress is fairly comfy. Room door wont be locked from the inside!!!
